Objectives
The objective of the I am Statement: The purpose of this assignment is to explain who you are as a person in a few sentences while describing your values and what that has allowed you to do as a person.
I Am Statement Artifact: I am a leader that looks out for other people that are in need of help and guidance. Through this quality, I have developed values that I have cherished. The quality of leadership has given me a sense of maturity that has allowed me to acquire more professional connections. I am also someone who is compassionate and loves to take care of others with kindness and respect.

Reflection of the assignment: I remember That when I was doing this assignment it was very nerve-racking. I was trying to think about how I can highlight my most important characteristics in a few sentences. I started to think about the values that I cherish the most in life. I realized that most of my civic engagement, job experience, and professional goals have been centered around helping others through my leadership. As a result, I decided to explain my leadership and what it has allowed me to accomplish.
The Growth from the Assignment: This assignment allowed me to learn a lot about myself. I realized that I have acquired the skills of a leader throughout my life, and I have started to use them in many applications. This assignment also taught me how to condense a major idea into a few sentences.
